We actively encourage our employees to support charities through payroll giving and were awarded the Charities Aid Foundation Silver Award in 2014.
National Association for Bikers with a Disability (NABD)
Our Accounts Manager, John Byrne is heavily involved with the National Association for Bikers with a Disability and this year will celebrate his 15th year as Treasurer.
The Christie AllSorts
On 16th August 2014 a charity fundraising event was hosted by a local motorcycle club of which our Mrs Kirsty Dunn is a member. They& raised an& outstanding total of £1417& for The Christie Allsorts.
Brake
As part of Road Safety Week in 2013, in addition to providing the high visibility vests, staff from Harold Stock and Co. Solicitors dressed in their finest and brightest to raise funds for Brake, the Road Safety Charity.
St. Ann’s Hospice
We are proud to sponsor a “Colour Station” at the Colour Run 2016 on behalf of St. Ann’s Hospice. A team of runners from Harold Stock & Co will also be taking part in the race. Find out more on our News Page.
Charity of the Year
Each year, we select a “Charity of the Year”. We are delighted to announce that this year’s chosen charity is The Anthony Seddon Fund, a local charity dedicated to raising awareness and providing education in relation to mental health and wellbeing.
In 2015, a team of keen “runners” took part in the Mossley A.F.C. 10k run on behalf of The Anthony Seddon Fund, raising over £1000 for our Charity of the Year.
