Position: Director and Solicitor coveringand Medical Negligence cases in Tameside, Manchester and Stockport
Angela is a Solicitor in our Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury teams and enjoys assisting clients who have suffered injuries as a result of often quite traumatic experiences.
Angela acts on behalf of clients who have suffered Clinical Negligence whether they have been the victim, for example, of a surgical error, a delay in diagnosis, a failure to diagnose or substandard treatment/investigations. Angela is committed to helping clients obtain the necessary treatment and compensation to allow them to move forwards following a very difficult and unpleasant episode in their lives.
Similarly, Angela also acts on behalf of Personal Injury clients who have been injured as a result of an accident which was the fault of another. Angela acts on behalf of clients who have been injured as a result of accidents at work, accident on the highway, accidents on holiday, road traffic accidents etc.
Whether acting on behalf of a victim of Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury, Angela will provide advice and guidance throughout their claim as she appreciates that often clients have never had cause to make a claim before and access to justice may be an entirely new experience for them.
Having obtained her Law Degree, Angela embarked upon a backpacking adventure which was funded primarily by working as a paralegal at a Manchester law firm and also a large firm of Solicitors in Sydney, Australia. Upon her return to the UK, Angela completed the Solicitors Practice Course and joined Harold Stock & Co in 2002. In 2008 Angela became a Partner of the firm, prior to the firm’s incorporation in 2010.
Angela lives locally with her young family and enjoys weekends entertaining her children and praying for good weather! When not running around after her children, Angela enjoys socialising, going to concerts, going to the theatre and holidaying whenever possible.
