Personal Injury Law

In recent years, she has successfully dealt with a landmark personal injury claim in the Court of Appeal which defined for a personal injury claimant, the contractual definition of a ‘package holiday’ following an extremely traumatic accident whilst a young claimant was abroad on holiday in Corfu.
Earlier this year, Karen concluded a claim for a delightful young man who suffered the trauma of a lower limb amputation and she assisted him in coming to terms with his injury and dealing with his complex rehabilitation needs.
Karen was born in South Shields in Tyneside although she relocated to Manchester at a relatively young age. Karen attended Liverpool University and Chester College of Law.
Karen has worked as a solicitor for over 25 years and has gained a great deal of satisfaction in representing people from all walks of life who are desperately in need of legal help and guidance.
Karen lives locally in Saddleworth and is an avid sports fan, following her beloved Manchester City at every opportunity. She also enjoy watching rugby league and athletics. She appreciates modern art, a good tune and a lively city break.
