Ashley also provides expert representation and tactical advice to individuals or businesses defending personal injury claims, from the first letter from the injured person’s solicitors through to trial at Court. Ashley also has experience in assisting businesses to defend Health and Safety Executive prosecutions, especially now that the sentencing guidelines for the same have increased the fines paid and the likelihood of facing a custodial sentence.
