Rachael is a Senior Residential Conveyancer who has been with the firm for over 10 years. Rachael is the Head of Department at our Mossley Branch.
Rachael has a wealth of experience handling residential conveyancing transactions including Residential Sales and Purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of equity, Shared Ownership Purchases, New Build Sales and Purchases, Assents, First Registrations and Recreation of Title.
Rachael endeavours to provide a friendly, honest and approachable service when dealing with clients in the hopes to reduce the stress levels which are prominent when dealing with house moves. Our conveyancing team are very responsive and Rachael and the team keep all clients, agents and contacts as up to date as possible throughout the transactions.
Rachael is now a qualified Chartered Licensed Conveyancer.
When not in the office Rachael enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
