I have used Harold Stock for conveyancing on 3 properties in quick succession and been delighted each time with the quality of the help provided by Lindsay Muller. The first house in North Wales I was acting as executor and Lindsay walked me through my responsibilities and did the conveyancing in a prompt efficient manner. The other two were the sale of my house of 42 years and purchase of a bungalow. This was not easy! The lower chain proved quite problematic but Lindsay kept me well informed throughout and eventually helped us to complete in mid-July. So far, Harold Stock have cared for my will, my wife’s will and 3 property sales. I have had prompt, polite & efficient service throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.
